What each column means, how swaps are calculated, and the conditions that apply to every instrument.

What the columns mean
Contract size Units of the instrument in 1 lot. 1 lot of EURUSD = 100,000 EUR; 1 lot of XAUUSD = 100 troy ounces.
Digits Number of decimal places in the price. One point is the smallest price step, for example 0.00001 on a 5-digit pair.
Lot min / max / step Smallest and largest order size, and the increment between sizes.
Stops level Minimum distance, in points, between the current price and a Stop Loss, Take Profit or pending order.
Leverage · Margin Maximum leverage and the matching margin as a percentage of the position’s value. 1:100 = 1%.
Swap (points) Overnight financing for positions held past the daily rollover, in points as shown in MT5. Negative = charged, positive = paid to you.
Trading hours Shown in MT5 server time (GMT+3).

Swap per lot per night = swap points × point size × contract size × lots, converted to USD.

Example: EURUSD swap long is −8.61 points. Point size 0.00001, contract size 100,000.

1 lot: −8.61 × 0.00001 × 100,000 = −8.61 USD per night
0.10 lot = −0.86 USD per night

Swaps are charged once per night at rollover. A triple swap is usually charged once a week to cover the weekend; check the Specification window in MT5 for each symbol’s triple-swap day.
